Manjelier for bars

A bar booking system with a drinks menu that answers.

With Manjelier as your bar booking system, guests book a seat at the bar or a table from your own page. Once they are in, the code on the table opens a drinks list they can ask questions of, in their own language. Your bartenders keep their hands for the shaker.

What a bar gets

Built around the counter, not only the tables.

The same Manjelier a restaurant uses, seen from behind the bar.

Bookable bar seats

Declare each seat at the bar or chef’s counter and guests book them online, alongside your tables and booths.

Any language at the counter

Visitors write in their own language and get the answer in it, without your team switching between phrasebooks.

Allergies asked first

Nuts in an orgeat, egg white in a sour: the chat asks about allergies before recommending and will not let a guest order a drink that clashes. Allergen checks

Walk-ins on the pad

The host adds walk-ins and seats people from a shared tablet link, without your dashboard login.

Full nights refill

When a booked seat frees up, the waitlist emails the next guests whose party fits.
A night at the bar

Book, scan, sip.

  1. A seat booked online

Two seats at the counter at nine, from your own booking page, confirmed by email.
  2. The code on the table

Each table has its own QR. The chat opens in the browser, no app.
  3. Questions answered, drinks chosen

What is dry, what is local, what goes with the small plates. Guests decide at their own pace and your bartender serves.
  4. What they asked, in your reports

The most asked questions and most chosen drinks show up in your reports, so the next list is written from what guests actually wanted.

Bar booking system questions

Can guests book a seat at the bar, not just a table?

Yes. Turn on bar seating and declare individual seats (B1, B2 and so on), or a chef’s counter. Guests can then book those seats on your booking page, next to your tables.

Does the chat work for a drinks list?

Yes. The AI waiter suggests drinks first, then food, from whatever menu you give it. Guests can ask what is in a cocktail, what is less sweet, or what a wine is like, in their own language.

Can guests pay or run a tab through it?

No. Manjelier does not take payments or run tabs. Guests mark what they want and your team serves and charges as usual.

What about walk-ins?

Your host adds them from the staff pad on the tablet by the door, and marks tables seated from the same screen.

Which plan fits a bar?

The AI waiter alone starts at £99 a month on Manjelier. If you take bookings, Manjelier Table is £179 on its own, or Manjelier Pro at £329 has both. No commission and no per-cover fees.
