Our entry plan. Guests scan a QR, ask anything about your menu and order with confidence, while you see what they asked for. 10 tables with a chat QR and 600 guest conversations a month, enough for about 20 tables of guests a day.
Who it is for
The AI waiter at every table.
The Manjelier plan is for independent restaurants, bars and cafés that want the AI waiter first and a booking system maybe later. It fits rooms where the same questions come up every service: what is in this, is it spicy, what goes with it, is it safe with my allergy.
It is also the cheapest way to try Manjelier properly on real guests: 10 tables is enough to cover a small room, or the busiest section of a bigger one.
A good fit if
- You have up to 10 tables where guests would use a menu chat
- Your menu changes and your staff are still learning it
- You serve tourists or guests who prefer another language
- You take bookings by phone, or already have a booking tool you are happy with

Allergies first, always
Before it recommends a single dish, the AI asks about allergies. It works from the 14 allergens you record on each dish, so a guest with a nut allergy is steered away from the dishes that contain nuts instead of being told to ask the kitchen.
Recommends like a good waiter
Drinks before food, then dishes shown as cards the guest accepts or skips with a tap. What the table confirmed is saved with its allergies and preferences attached, so nothing depends on someone remembering it.
Answers in the guest’s language
A guest who writes in German gets German back, a guest who writes in Spanish gets Spanish. Your menu stays in one language; the chat does the translating at the table.
Menu import from a photo or PDF
Upload a photo or PDF of your menu and the AI reads it into dishes, prices and sections for you to check. Lunch, dinner, drinks and seasonal sections live side by side, and switching a section off means the AI stops offering it.
Guests who come back are remembered
Guests can take a Manjelier member ID (like Gorka#01). Next time, the AI remembers what they liked, what they avoided and what they are allergic to, so regulars stop repeating themselves.
Your client list, exportable
Every guest who shares their details lands in your client list, with visits and preferences. Export it as CSV whenever you want. It is your data.
A dashboard of what guests ask
See the questions guests ask, the dishes that create interest, the allergies that come up, and where your guests come from and which languages they speak.
Branded QR stickers
QR codes in your colours, one per table, ready to print as stickers. Download them from the dashboard whenever a table needs a new one.
Speaks in your venue’s voice
Pick how the AI sounds, from relaxed and friendly to fine dining. It describes your place the way you would, from a few words you give it about the atmosphere.
Knows your hours and house rules
Opening hours, the days you close, whether there is a terrace, and your house rules on things like dress code, children or dogs. The chat gives guests the right answer instead of guessing.
Each table’s order and allergies on the waiter pad
The pad shows what the table has confirmed with the AI (dishes and drinks) and the allergies it declared, for up to 2 waiters you choose. It is on every plan, with nothing to switch on. Nothing beyond what the guest chose to share, never the full conversation.
A staff link for your team
A shared link for the device by the pass or the door. Every waiter signs in with her own name and PIN, however many you have, so you know who did what without handing out your dashboard login. You decide what each one can do.
