A morning summary, a staff chat, room for a busy floor.

Business is for busy restaurants where the owner or manager wants to know what happened at the tables without reading every conversation, and where new staff need answers faster than the head chef can give them.

It suits venues doing high volumes, with a bigger team on the floor, and anyone who wants the menu decisions to come from what guests actually asked for.

A good fit if

  • You have more than 25 tables, or a very busy room
  • Staff turnover means the menu has to be taught again and again
  • You want to know what guests asked for that is not on the menu
  • You want dedicated onboarding and priority support

A morning summary in Reports

Written each morning by the AI from the last seven days of guest conversations and read in the Reports tab of your dashboard (it is not emailed): what guests asked for that is not on the menu yet, which sections are rising or falling, which allergies came up, which languages were spoken. It reads like notes, not a spreadsheet.

Staff training chat

Your waiters ask the same AI about the menu from the staff side: does the risotto have nuts, what goes with the lamb. 25 questions a day per waiter and 150 across the venue, and you set each waiter's own number.

Live Table NotesBeta

On top of the order and allergies every pad shows, Live Table Notes adds the owner’s live map of which tables are chatting. Only what the guest chose to share, never the full conversation. You can switch it off.

Table notes between waiters

Waiters leave each other notes on a table from the staff link, so the next person on the section knows what is going on.

A staff link for your team

A shared link for the device by the pass or the door. Every waiter signs in with her own name and PIN, however many you have, so you know who did what without handing out your dashboard login. You decide what each one can do.

Room for a busy floor

50 tables with a chat QR and 5,000 guest conversations a month, more than three times Pro.

Dedicated onboarding and priority support

We set up your menu, floor plan and assistant with you, and your questions go to the front of the queue.

A booking page in your branding

Your logo, your colours, a photo of the room behind it if you like. Guests pick party size, date and time and book in the browser, no account needed. A one-line widget puts a “Reserve a table” button on your own website.

Availability from your real tables

In Smart mode a slot is offered only when a table that fits the party is free for the whole stay, including the time you set aside to clear it. Bars and counters that seat by shift can use Simple mode instead, capped by arrivals per half hour.

Accept in one click, or let it confirm itself

Requests arrive as pending and you accept or decline from the email or the dashboard. Prefer hands off? Switch on automatic confirmation, and busy half hours can still come in as pending so you check the peak yourself.

Day timeline and floor map

Every table is a row, every booking a bar you drag to another table or time. The floor map shows the room as you drew it, with who is booked where.

Manjelier Business: questions

How much does Manjelier Business cost?

£449 a month, excluding VAT. Setup is £99 once per venue. The booking system is included, with no commission and no per-cover fees.

What is in the morning summary?

A few written sentences on the last seven days at your tables: what guests asked for, which allergies and languages came up, what is rising or falling on the menu. You read it in the Reports tab of your dashboard; it is not emailed. It needs guest conversations to work from, so it gets better as more tables use the chat.

What is Live Table Notes, and why is it beta?

It adds the owner’s live map of which tables are chatting, and table notes between waiters, to the order and allergies the pad already shows on every plan. It works today; we call it beta because we are still shaping it with the restaurants using it. It is off until you switch it on.

Does Business send orders to my till or kitchen?

Not by itself. Integration with a POS or kitchen system is custom work on the Groups & hotels plan.

Is there a contract?

No minimum term. Month to month, cancel with effect from the end of the billing month.
