Who it is for

Your booking system, with an AI waiter on top.

Pro is for restaurants that take bookings and want one system for the whole evening: the reservation before the guest arrives, and the AI waiter once they sit down.

If you are paying for a booking tool today and looking at an AI waiter as well, Pro replaces the first and includes the second. The booking system alone costs £179 a month as Manjelier Table, so the AI waiter on Pro costs £150 on top of it.

A good fit if

What is included

Manjelier Pro, feature by feature

Pro is everything in the Manjelier plan plus the full booking system. Here is what that means in practice.

A booking page in your branding

Your logo, your colours, a photo of the room behind it if you like. Guests pick party size, date and time and book in the browser, no account needed. A one-line widget puts a “Reserve a table” button on your own website.

Availability from your real tables

In Smart mode a slot is offered only when a table that fits the party is free for the whole stay, including the time you set aside to clear it. Bars and counters that seat by shift can use Simple mode instead, capped by arrivals per half hour.

Accept in one click, or let it confirm itself

Requests arrive as pending and you accept or decline from the email or the dashboard. Prefer hands off? Switch on automatic confirmation, and busy half hours can still come in as pending so you check the peak yourself.

Day timeline and floor map

Every table is a row, every booking a bar you drag to another table or time. The floor map shows the room as you drew it, with who is booked where.

Smart auto-assign

New bookings get a table the moment they arrive, best fit first: a party of two does not take a four-top while a two-top is free. You can always move it afterwards.

A waitlist that follows up for you

Fully booked? Guests join the waitlist. When a table frees up through a cancellation, a no-show or a moved booking, the guests whose party now fits get an email, oldest first, up to three at a time. They are told, not auto-booked.

Emails that go out on their own

A confirmation when the booking is accepted and a reminder the day before, with a link to cancel or ask for a change inside the cancellation window you choose, from none to 72 hours.

No double bookings from a double click

If a guest submits the same booking twice, or the page retries, they get the booking they already made back, not a second one, and you get one request.

An AI waiter behind every QR

Each table gets its own QR. A guest scans it and a chat opens in the browser: no app, no sign-up. The AI knows your menu, your prices and your house rules, and it talks like your venue, from relaxed to fine dining.

Allergies first, always

Before it recommends a single dish, the AI asks about allergies. It works from the 14 allergens you record on each dish, so a guest with a nut allergy is steered away from the dishes that contain nuts instead of being told to ask the kitchen.

Answers in the guest’s language

A guest who writes in German gets German back, a guest who writes in Spanish gets Spanish. Your menu stays in one language; the chat does the translating at the table.

Guests who come back are remembered

Guests can take a Manjelier member ID (like Gorka#01). Next time, the AI remembers what they liked, what they avoided and what they are allergic to, so regulars stop repeating themselves.

Branded QR posters and stickers

Posters for the door or the bar and stickers for the tables, in your colours, as well as plain QR downloads.

Each table’s order and allergies on the waiter pad

The pad shows what the table has confirmed with the AI (dishes and drinks) and the allergies it declared, for up to 3 waiters you choose. It is on every plan, with nothing to switch on. Nothing beyond what the guest chose to share, never the full conversation.

A staff link for your team

A shared link for the device by the pass or the door. Every waiter signs in with her own name and PIN, however many you have, so you know who did what without handing out your dashboard login. You decide what each one can do.

Reports on bookings and guests

Covers, occupancy and no-show rate next to what guests asked in the chat, plus CSV export of your booking history and your client list.

How much does Manjelier Pro cost?

£329 a month, excluding VAT, with the booking system included. Setup is £99 once per venue. No commission and no per-cover fees.

Is the booking system in Pro the same as Manjelier Table?

Yes, the same product with nothing removed: booking page, live availability, timeline, floor map, waitlist, auto-assign and guest emails. On its own it costs £179 a month.

Do you charge per booking or per cover?

No. Pro is one monthly price whether you take ten bookings or a thousand.

Can guests cancel or change a booking themselves?

Yes. The confirmation and reminder emails carry a link. Guests can cancel, or ask for a new date, time or party size, up to the cancellation window you choose. A change is a request: the booking stays as it is until you accept it.

Can I put the booking button on my own website?

Yes. Paste one line into your site and it shows a “Reserve a table” button that opens your booking page, or a floating button if you prefer.

Does Pro include SMS reminders or deposits?

Not today. Reminders go out by email the day before, and Manjelier does not take deposits or card details.

Can I move to Business later?

Yes, at any time. Your tables, bookings, QR codes and guests stay exactly where they are.
